Renting a property can be extremely frustrating! The market is incredibly fast moving and often the agents do not even have time to photograph the property before it has been let. Fortunately, The Relocation Company is in the market all the time. We are viewing properties every day, all day, and we are able to show you properties well before they are advertised. There are many angles for negotiations on rental properties - from price, to timing, to tenancy agreement clauses and special conditions, all of which will contribute to whether you get the property over another perspective renter.

The Relocation Company will conduct an extensive search for suitable properties in the area(s) you are interested in. Our networks and constant presence in the market ensures we are aware of every property available to rent and often hear about properties before they are advertised.
Having identified properties which meet your criteria, we will schedule appointments and accompany you to viewings. Throughout this process we will be on hand to answer your questions, negotiate the lease and advise on your options.

Over the years, we have seen that the biggest area of concern to many of our clients is that of deposits. In the UK, there is an in-built misunderstanding that the deposit is somehow the property of the landlord. This wrongful assumption makes the return of the deposit at the end of the tenancy something of a battle.
The Relocation Company is extremely experienced in the art of negotiation. All our staff have been trained through the ARLA. The key is to address this issue at the beginning of the tenancy by ensuring the wording of the legal agreement is fair and not landlord biased. The check-out will be attended by one of our professional inventory clerks who can take a record of any discrepancy from the landlords’ version of the contract. If there are any disagreements with the deposit, The Relocation Company will correspond with all parties until an agreement is reached.
