Specifically, we conduct regular reviews of estate agents which include checking agency portals and keeping an ear to the ground for any “off the market” deals. Being independent is definitely advantageous in procuring the best deal for you.

The Relocation Company will carry out an extensive search of the target area to find the property best suited to your requirements. We will then register with all the local estate agents, book the appointments and accompany you on the property viewings.
Based on our experience in negotiation with other properties, we are also in a position to advise you on the pros and cons of each property and help you decide on the most appropriate price to offer and secure the property. Additionally, we help you arrange a mortgage agreed in principal and assist with appointing a solicitor.
14 Years in the business has taught us the best methods of negotiation. Armed with market data, we are able to give you an estimated value of the property’s worth, we can then discuss tactics and negotiate on your behalf. The Relocation Company will aim to get you the lowest price on the property but will be able to advise on the ‘sealed bid’ situation where prices appear to have little correlation to asking price.
Whilst The Relocation Company is strictly independent, we do have a panel of solicitors we can recommend. Additionally, on your behalf, we will stay in regular contact with your solicitor and your estate agency to help maintain the momentum and ensure everything is being done as quickly as possible.
